TestVision is the digital test system of educational agency Teelen. At Teelen, we integrate quality and information security into everything we do. Our independently obtained certifications confirm this commitment.
ISO certifications
ISO 9001
Teelen complies with the ISO 9001:2015 standard, the globally recognized standard for quality management systems. This means that an independent, external party has assessed us as a transparent and reliable organization with demonstrated quality.
ISO 27001
In addition, Teelen and its hosting partner are certified according to the globally recognized standard for information security, ISO 27001:2022. This way you can be sure that the confidentiality, availability and integrity of your data are guaranteed within TestVision. This includes the protection of personal and/or company data in accordance with the GDPR, but also protection against hackers and burglary.
Your privacy is essential to us. The data of your organization or educational institution is and remains your property and will only be processed for the agreed purposes.
NRTO certification
Teelen has held the NRTO certification since 2016. This certification is issued by the Dutch Council for Training and Education (NRTO). It is the ultimate recognition of quality and professionalism in the private education sector.
By having the NRTO certification, you can be assured that we meet high-quality standards in terms of transparency about our products and services, adequate service, professional customer interaction, and the expertise of our employees.
CRKBO accreditation
Teelen holds the CRKBO accreditation. This means that Teelen complies with the Quality Code for Training Institutions for Short Professional Education.
Teelen is registered in the CRKBO (Central Register for Short Professional Education). For our courses we do not have to charge VAT. If your organization is exempt from VAT, Teelen’s training courses (e.g. for TestVision) may be extra interesting.
FSQS-NL certification
Teelen is FSQS-NL certified. This means that we can call ourselves an FSQS supplier.
FSQS-NL (Financial Services Qualification System-Netherlands) is an initiative of various financial institutions, including banks and insurers. They work together to establish a standard for the often complex landscape of third and fourth parties that manage information on their behalf.
With FSQS, these financial institutions can uniformly assess their suppliers for risk management and compliance. At the same time, they can demonstrate to regulators, policymakers, and controlling organizations that they comply with all applicable laws and regulations
