Directions
Please note: the castle is difficult to find using a navigation system. We recommend you use these directions. The castle cannot be accessed from the Molenallee and vice versa, as the Lathmerweg is closed halfway down. You can only access the castle via entrance 4.
By car (from Zwolle/Arnhem)
- Follow the A50 until the Beekbergen cloverleaf interchange.
- Take the A1 towards Deventer.
- Take exit 22 (Twello/Wilp)
- Turn right at the end of the exit.
- At the end of the road, turn left (Molenallee).
- Continue to the end of this road and turn right at the intersection (Rijksstraatweg)
- Follow this road until the sign tells you you are leaving Wilp.
- Turn right before this sign (Lathmerweg); this is entrance 4 of Zozijn.
- Castle “De Lathmer” is situated 500 metres down, on your right, by parking area 6. If there are no parking spaces at the castle, you could continue along the Lathmerweg and park at the Daniël de Brouwerschool (parking area 7).
By car (from Amersfoort)
- Follow the A1 towards Deventer.

- Take exit 22 (Twello/Wilp)
- Turn left at the end of the exit.
- At the end of the road, turn left (Molenallee).
- Continue to the end of this road and turn right at the intersection (Rijksstraatweg)
- Follow this road until the sign tells you you are leaving Wilp.
- Turn right before this sign (Lathmerweg); this is entrance 4 of Zozijn.

Public transport
- Consult www.9292ov.nl for a personalised route.
- Alight at the “De Lathmer” stop. From here, it is only a 10 minute walk to Castle “De Lathmer”.
- Walk back on yourself from the bus stop and turn left, onto the Zozijn site.
- Pass the Reigersnest and take a slight right.
- Follow the road, which will lead onto the Reigerstraat.
- Continue along this road.
- After the grass meadow, turn left onto the Lathmerweg.
- You will find Castle “De Lathmer” on your left hand side after 100 metres.
